Which payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. In some cases, we also accept wire transfers and Western Union, depending on your country and available payment methods.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that processing times (1–2 business days) are separate from shipping times and should be added to estimate your total delivery time.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $60.
For orders under $60, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll be eligible for store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
We don’t charge any restocking or handling fees. However, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at Info@styletie.org right away. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and once processing has started, changes can no longer be made.
