Which payment options do you provide?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. In some cases, we also accept payments by Wire transfer and Western Union, depending on the customer's country of residence and payment limitations.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally take about 2-3 weeks to arrive in the US and Europe, and 3 to 4 weeks to arrive in other countries. Do bear in mind that processing times of 2-5 business days are counted separately, and must be added to the Shipping times to get the total time taken to receive your order.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is entirely Free of charge, Worldwide!
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do decide to return it to us, you will either be given store credit or allowed to exchange the returned item for another item of equal or lower value.
We do not charge any types of restocking or handling fees, however please note that buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at Info@styletie.org immediately. We generally begin to process orders within 1-2 business days, and once our warehouse has started processing your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
